Since 2015. Fort Collins Junk Removal and Demo has been serving Northern Colorado for over a decade. Same local ownership, same commitment to doing the job right.
Pricing
We use volume-based pricing — you pay based on what the job actually involves. partial volume, medium volume, full cleanout. No hidden charges, no weight surcharges, no surprises. Free on-site estimates.
No. Concrete, appliances — the price is based on volume, not weight. Heavy stuff is part of the job.
We have a minimum load price for very small pickups (a few items). But even the minimum is competitive — and we’re often cheaper than renting a truck yourself and doing the hauling.
Yes, always. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. We look at what you’ve got, tell you the price, and only start if you say go. Call or text 970-694-7523.
Scheduling
Yes — same-day and next-day service is available depending on our schedule. Morning calls often get same-day pickup. The earlier you call, the better your chances.
We typically schedule pickups Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM. We’re flexible — if you need an early morning or late afternoon slot, let us know and we’ll work with you.
Not far. Many jobs are booked same-day or next-day. For larger projects (estate cleanouts, demolition), a few days’ notice helps us plan crew and equipment.
What We Take
We can’t take truly hazardous materials (asbestos, medical waste, large fuel tanks). Standard household chemicals, paint, motor oil — those we can handle. When in doubt, ask.
Yes — TVs, computers, monitors, printers, old AV equipment. We recycle electronics properly and keep e-waste out of the landfill.
One of our most popular services. We break them down on-site, haul every piece, and clean up the area. No crane rental needed. Call 970-694-7523.
Branches, brush, leaves, sod, stumps — we take all types of yard waste. No bagging required. Just pile it up and we’ll load it.
Process
Not always. If we can safely access the items and you’ve approved the estimate, we can handle the job while you’re at work. Just point us to the pile before you go.
Always. We sweep, tidy up, and leave the area cleaner than we found it. You shouldn’t be able to tell we were there — except for the missing junk.
Typically a 2-person crew. For larger demolition projects or full estate cleanouts, we’ll bring a bigger team and additional equipment.

We’re happy to chat. Call or text us — no sales pitch, just straight answers about your project.
Pricing & Payment Questions
How does your volume-based pricing work?
We price every job based on what’s actually involved — the amount, the access, the type of items. We look at the job and give you a straight number before we start. No surprises.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Payment is due when the job is complete. For larger projects — estate cleanouts, demolition, or multi-load hauls — a deposit is required to hold your spot on the schedule. For commercial accounts and property management companies, we can set up invoicing arrangements.
Is there a minimum charge?
Do you price match or beat competitor quotes?
We’re always competitive with our pricing, and we’ll work with you to find a fair price. If you have a written quote from another Insured junk removal company in the Fort Collins area, let us know and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.
Scheduling & Logistics
How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Not far at all. We offer same-day service when you call before noon, and next-day service is almost always available. For larger projects like estate cleanouts or demolition jobs, scheduling a few days ahead helps us make sure we have the right crew and equipment. But for standard junk removal, calling today for service today or tomorrow is completely normal.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
Ideally, yes — at least for the walk-through and price confirmation. After that, you can leave us to work if you need to. If you absolutely can’t be there, we can arrange access with a garage code, gate code, or other arrangement. Just let us know when you schedule so we can plan accordingly.
What time of day do you work?
We typically schedule between 7 AM and 6 PM, seven days a week. We’ll confirm your appointment window when you book and give you a heads-up call or text when we’re on our way. If you need early morning or evening service for a special situation, just ask — we’re flexible.
Can you handle large or multi-day jobs?
Yes. For large estate cleanouts, demolition projects, or commercial jobs that require multiple volume-based jobs, we can schedule over consecutive days or even set up recurring pickups for ongoing projects like construction sites. We’ll give you a total project estimate upfront so there are no surprises.
Items & Disposal
Do you take hazardous materials?
We cannot remove hazardous materials including asbestos, liquid chemicals, containers with liquid paint, medical waste, biohazardous materials, or compressed gas cylinders. For hazardous waste disposal in Larimer County, contact the Larimer County Hazardous Waste Program. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask us — we’re happy to help you figure out the right disposal path.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Absolutely. We sort through every load and separate recyclable materials (metals, electronics, certain construction materials) and usable items (furniture, working appliances, household goods). Recyclables go to local recycling facilities, and usable items get donated to Northern Colorado charities and organizations. We believe in keeping as much out of the landfill as possible.
Can you remove items from upstairs, basements, or tight spaces?
Yes — we go wherever the junk is. Upstairs bedrooms, basements, attics, crawl spaces, backyards behind fences — you name it. We do all the heavy lifting and navigating tight spaces. That’s what you’re paying us for. Just let us know the layout when you call so we come prepared.
What about old tires, batteries, or electronics?
We take all of those. Tires, car batteries, electronics (TVs, computers, printers, monitors), and e-waste are all items we handle regularly. We route them to the appropriate recycling facilities. There may be a small additional fee for tires depending on quantity, but we’ll let you know upfront.
